  We love Three Rivers apartments. The management team is kind and responsive…they care about and know the tenants. The housekeepers and maintenance crew take pride in keeping our units and grounds in beautiful condition. Our fellow tenants are friendly and respectful.

  My husband and I moved to the three River Apartments about three months ago and love it so far! All of the workers remember you by name and it always feels welcoming and inviting! The pool has been amazing this summer and the common areas are always kept very clean!

  I am changing my rating to a 5 because I have stayed here 6 months. First, realize the train is loud. It will take you two months to get use to it. Eric listened to me when I told him how stressful my job was. Maintenance comes very quickly. Amber listens. The grounds are super clean. In the winter, the snowplow takes awhile to clean if you have a huge snowstorm. The grounds are really clean. For the most part I liked living here a great deal.   My time here has been great thus far! Maintenance is timely and kind, all the other residents are also very kind and friendly! There’s also a large dog community here which is nice for my pup!

  LOVE living here! Three Rivers had everything on my checklist. Amenities for days, from the resort style pool to the parcel pending package room! Three Rivers Amenities tops all other places I have looked at in the downtown area. The Underground parking is a great option you can add on whenever you would like! :) My apartment is renovated and amazing Maintenance is on top of things in a quick and timely manner. The leasing staff have all been very helpful. My dog loves the off leash bark park and we enjoy adventuring downtown and seeing what Fort Wayne has to offer. Hands down the best place I have lived so far and will recommend to anyone I know coming to Fort Wayne.

  Amazing apartment complex in the heart of downtown Fort Wayne … the office people Eric amber and Payton has the best customer service … my move in was easy and simple , I’m not sure why other reviews has 1 star but I would recommend anyone that looking for an apartment to chose three rivers !!! Highly recommended
