What Constitutes an Emergency?

If your emergency consists of fire, gas, electrical, or life-threatening injuries, call 911 immediately!

Emergencies are defined as any situation that is life-threatening or an issue, that if left for an extended time, will compromise the structural integrity of the property or unit.

**HVAC problems are NOT considered an emergency unless we are experiencing freezing temperatures. If your AC goes out, we will send someone that day. Extreme situations may call for exceptions.

For all emergencies that cannot wait for a maintenance request, please call (260) 423-9511. For all other maintenance inquiries, please fill out the request form through your Tenant Portal.
